Getting to know me...

I am Sharon - creative human, listener, explorer, & team player.

My work centers around instructional design, user experience design, and user experience research. I find solutions for users' needs in various environment such as face-to-face, online, and blended learning. As a well-versed instructional designer and researcher, I create engaging and dynamic learning programs and opportunities. I also have experience with prototyping, Learning Management Systems, coding, teaching, and research.

Experience

Successfully delivered higher education remote teaching and learning project for over 160 faculties in a timely and cost effectively manner. Satisfied learners with high return rate for individualized instructional design support.

Ability to work well both in multidisciplinary teams and independently. Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative, leadership, and adaptability skills.
