UC Berkeley Haas Flex MBA Program

Learning Experience Design & System Building

Design and scale the end-to-end learning experience for the UC Berkeley Haas Flex MBA, building the program’s digital learning ecosystem from the ground up. This work goes beyond individual courses to define how content is structured, delivered, and experienced across the entire program, ensuring consistency while supporting diverse teaching styles and platforms. By establishing a clear pedagogical framework, I enable a more interactive and applied learning environment. In parallel, I develop scalable course production workflows that significantly increased course output while maintaining quality, contributing to the program’s rapid growth and its recognition as the #1 Part-Time MBA program in the U.S.

Haas bCourses Template Rollout

LMS Design System & Scale Implementation

Led the design and rollout of a standardized Canvas (bCourses) experience across hundreds of courses annually, creating a more consistent and intuitive learning environment for both students and instructors. The challenge was balancing standardization with flexibility—developing a system that could support different teaching approaches without sacrificing usability. I designed reusable templates, structured layouts, and guidance that simplified course setup while improving navigation and clarity, making course structures more predictable and accessible.

Playlab PLC

AI Enablement & Faculty Training Initiative

Designed and facilitated a series of professional learning community (PLC) focused on helping faculty integrate AI into teaching in meaningful and practical ways. The goal was not just tool adoption, but enabling instructors to rethink how learning activities could be designed with AI. I developed hands-on workshops, guided build sessions, and shared resources—including prompt libraries and implementation strategies—that lowered the barrier to experimentation. This initiative created a collaborative space where faculty could explore, test, and refine AI-supported learning experiences, accelerating adoption and helping shift teaching practices toward more interactive and personalized learning.

New York Law School

Template-Based Instructional Design & Rapid Transformation

Supported an institution-wide transition to online and blended learning by helping faculty redesign courses for digital delivery during a compressed timeline. A key focus of this work was developing a template-based instructional design approach (TBID), which provided structured course models, reusable components, and clear guidance to help instructors build effective and engaging online learning experiences. This approach enabled consistent quality at scale while significantly reducing the time and effort required for course redesign. The work was later formalized into a published paper, highlighting how structured design systems can support both efficiency and instructional quality in large-scale learning transformations.
